The workflow
What happens to each inquiry.
Built around your service area, project types and sales process, and tested with your team before launch.
- 01
Answer
Calls and web inquiries get a prompt, consistent first response in your company's name, using your greeting, hours and service area.
- 02
Qualify
Agreed questions cover the project, location and timing. Deck inquiries have their own questions rather than following fence rules.
- 03
Book or route
Suitable residential inquiries can be offered an estimate visit. Commercial bid requests can go straight to your sales team.
- 04
Hand off
Details pass to the calendar, CRM or inbox you agree, so your estimator has the context before the visit.
- 05
Follow up
Inquiries that haven't booked receive the follow-up you approve, on the timing you set.
What's included
Built, tested and managed for you.
- Implementation
Configured around your business
We set up call handling, qualification questions, booking rules and handoffs, connect the tools we agree on and test realistic scenarios with your team.
- Ongoing management
Managed after launch
We monitor the workflow and make agreed improvements as your service area, crews or sales process change.
- Optional
Issued-estimate follow-up
Following up on estimates you've already sent can be scoped separately. It isn't part of the core service.
Investment
Scoped around your business.
Your implementation price depends on the workflows, locations and connections involved. You receive a clear scope and a breakdown of implementation, ongoing management and usage costs before work starts.
- Implementation
- The build: configuration, connections and testing
- Ongoing management
- Monitoring and agreed improvements after launch
- Usage
- Metered costs that depend on your volume, such as call minutes and messages
Fit
Who this is for.
It works best when inquiries already come in and your team can act on more estimates.
A good fit
- Established fence, gate or deck companies with inquiries already coming in by phone or online
- An owner or sales lead who decides how inquiries are handled
- Estimating and installation capacity to take on more booked estimates
- A defined service area and sales process to build around
Not the right fit
- Businesses that need more leads: we work with the inquiries you already receive
- Companies that can't take on more estimates right now
- Anyone looking for a general answering service for every call
FAQ
Common questions.
Anything else can be covered on your inquiry review.
Does this replace our office staff?
No. It handles the first steps of an inquiry and passes suitable ones to your estimator or sales team. You decide how calls are handled and when a person takes over.
Which tools does it connect to?
We confirm your calendar, CRM or job-management software during scoping and test each agreed connection before launch. If a connection isn't practical, we'll tell you before work starts.
How are deck and commercial inquiries handled?
Deck inquiries get their own agreed qualification questions instead of fence rules. Residential estimate visits and commercial bid requests can follow different routes, for example booking a visit for one and passing the other to your commercial estimator.
Do you follow up on estimates we've already sent?
Not as standard. The core service runs from the incoming inquiry to the estimate booking or sales handoff. Follow-up on issued estimates can be scoped as a separate addition.
Do you generate new leads?
No. We work with the inquiries you already receive by phone and online. If you need more inquiries rather than better handling of the ones you get, this isn't the right fit yet.
What does it cost?
Pricing is scoped to the workflows, locations and connections involved. You'll receive a breakdown of implementation, ongoing management and usage costs before any work starts.
How long does setup take?
It depends on the scope and the connections involved. The timeline is agreed in your proposal, before work starts.
What happens on the inquiry review?
We look at how inquiries reach you today, what happens to them and where they stall. If there's a workflow worth building, we'll outline the scope. If there isn't, we'll say so.
